Crudo Cervicheria

Crudo is a new addition to downtown Palm Springs. Sustainable fresh seafood dishes, interesting latin flair meat dishes. The menu is full of flavor and style, over-all an exiting addition to the restaurant scene and just a short on Palm Canyon from the hotel. They do not take reservations at this time.
