Created by a seasoned team of hoteliers, Descanso is reminiscent of their own favorite escapes: serene, comfortable, and effortlessly sophisticated. Our trained hospitality staff, led by General Manager Charles Zalepeski, hold advanced degrees in Pampering.

Rates
Rates are for single/double occupancy. Extra person charge is $55 per person per day. All rates are subject to a 12.5% local government room tax.

Resort Fee
A $20.00 per day fee will be charged to cover all hotel amenities.

Check-In/Check Out
Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm daily. Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible. Arrivals after 5:00 pm are “self-check-in.” 

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Reservations
Reservations require a one-night Advance Payment (deposit). The balance of the stay will be charged upon arrival using the same credit card as the advance payment. Early departures constitute a cancellation. Changes to your reservation will be considered a cancellation and new booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the Advance Payment (deposit). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the Advance Payment (deposit).

Parking is for registered guests only.

Pool
The swimsuit-optional Pool and Spa are open 24/7. No glass is allowed anywhere in the pool & spa area. In consideration of other guests, no noise or music after 10:00 pm.

Minimum Age
Sorry, Descanso is not appropriate for guests under 18.

Pets
Certified ADA Service Animals are allowed on the property (no pet fee.)

Certified E.S. Animals are allowed on the property with advance notice ($100 pet fee applies.)

Smoking
With the exception of designated areas, all rooms and outdoor areas are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a room.

Visitors
Please feel free to show visitors around the property, but understand that the use of the property is for registered guests only. There is limited space intended exclusively for our guests.
