Check-In & Departure:
Check-in begins at 3:00pm. The Front Desk is open for check-in until 7:00pm Thursday-Saturday, and until 5:00pm Sunday-Wednesday. Guests checking in after this time will be instructed to follow our after-hours arrival process, details of which will be emailed to you the day of your scheduled arrival. Early check-in requests will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and property until your room is ready. Check-out is 11:00am.
Rates, Fees, and Taxes:
Rates are for single/double occupancy. Extra person charge is $60 per person per night. All rates are subject to a 12.7% local government room tax. A $24 daily fee covers all resort amenities.
Your Obligation:
Each reservation requires a one-night Advance Payment (deposit). The balance of your reservation will be charged on arrival. Early departure constitutes a non-refundable cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the Advance Payment (deposit). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the Advance Payment (deposit).

Sorry, Descanso Resort is not appropriate for guests under 18.
Parking:
Off-street parking and first come, first serve Electric Vehicle chargers are available in front of the resort for registered guests.
Pool:
The swimsuit-optional pool and spa are open 24/7. No glass is allowed in the pool or the pool deck area. In consideration of other guests, please no noise or music after 10:00pm.
Bathrobes:
Missing in-room bathrobes will incur a $100 charge. If you’d like to take a new bathrobe home with you, they are available for purchase at the Front Desk.
Pets:
Certified ADA service animals are allowed on the property free of charge. Certified ES animals are allowed with advance notice (a $100 pet fee applies).
Smoking:
All guest rooms, patios and outdoor areas are non-smoking, except for designated areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping inside a guest room.
Day Passes:
Unregistered guests are not allowed poolside without prior permission from the hotel. We do not offer day passes.
Alcohol:
Guests who choose to enjoy alcoholic beverages on property do so at their own discretion and assume all responsibility related to alcohol consumption. The resort is not liable for any incidents related to alcohol use. Guests are expected to follow all applicable local and state laws during their stay.
